Inframark, LLC Has Acquired Environmental Development Partners, Inc.


HOUSTON, TEXAS (May 4, 2021) – Statesman Corporate Finance, LLC (“Statesman”) is pleased to announce that Inframark, LLC (“Inframark”), has acquired Environmental Development Partners, Inc. (“EDP”). Statesman served as buy-side financial advisor to Inframark on the transaction, which closed April 19, 2021.

Inframark, LLC (Philadelphia, PA,), a portfolio company of New Mountain Capital, is an infrastructure services company focused on the operations, management and maintenance of water and wastewater systems, and providing back-office administrative services for water utilities.  With more than 40 years of experience in managing water-related infrastructure, Inframark employs more than 1,500 people across 19 states. Inframark’s Infrastructure Management Services Group is based in Katy, Texas.
Environmental Development Partners, Inc. (Houston, TX), founded in 2001, provides operations management for water infrastructure systems and administrative management for water utilities to more than 70 municipalities and special municipal utility districts across the greater Houston regional area including, Harris, Ft. Bend and Montgomery counties.  The three principles of EDP, will continue to be an integral part of the Inframark/EDP leadership team moving forward.
