As part of our Lender Services, we offer accurate and timely third-party appraisals of business personal property and litigation support for ad valorem tax assessments. Our reports conform to Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practices (USPAP) and are admissible to local taxing authorities, the IRS, insurance companies, regulatory authorities, examiners, and a court of law.
