13.08.2026
HOUSTON, TEXAS (August 13, 2026) – Statesman Business Advisors, LLC (“Statesman”) is pleased to announce that Prometheus Group Enterprises, LLC has acquired the assets of VisualAIM, LLC (“VisualAIM” or the “Company”), a subsidiary of Summa Group, LLC. Statesman served as the exclusive financial advisor to VisualAIM in the transaction, which closed on July 30, 2026.
Based in Houston, Texas, VisualAIM provides mechanical integrity and intelligent drawing software that helps industrial facilities centralize asset data, manage inspections, improve compliance, and enhance asset reliability through a connected digital platform.
Prometheus Group, based in Raleigh, North Carolina, provides enterprise asset management (EAM) software that helps maintenance, reliability, and operations teams improve asset performance, streamline workflows, and maximize the value of ERP systems, including SAP, Oracle, and IBM Maximo.
“We’re excited to complete the transaction and position VisualAIM for continued growth with a strong strategic partner,” said Adriana Summa, CEO of Summa Group, LLC. “We appreciate the Statesman team’s guidance throughout the process and their efforts in helping us identify a quality buyer.”
The acquisition strengthens Prometheus Group’s enterprise asset management capabilities with specialized tools for mechanical integrity, inspection management, risk-based inspection, non-destructive testing data, and intelligent engineering drawings. The combined platform gives industrial operators a more comprehensive solution for managing asset reliability, maintenance, safety, and performance across the asset lifecycle.
“Joining Prometheus Group gives VisualAIM customers access to a larger global platform while preserving the practical, field-focused approach that has made our software valuable. Together, we can help customers modernize mechanical integrity and turn inspection data into better operating decisions.”
-Brendan Meutzner, Managing Director of VisualAIM
The acquisition is particularly relevant to process industries, where critical inspection and integrity data is often spread across disparate systems and manual processes. Integrating these capabilities into a unified platform can help improve reliability, compliance, and asset management efficiency.
