TechnoCycle Has Been Recapitalized by May Creek Capital

HOUSTON, TEXAS (May 18, 2021) – Statesman Corporate Finance, LLC (“Statesman”) is pleased to announce that IT Remarketing, Inc. DBA TechnoCycle (“TechnoCycle”), has been recapitalized by May Creek Capital. Statesman served as the sell-side financial advisor to TechnoCycle on the transaction, which closed April 1, 2021.

TechnoCycle is a 23-year-old, family-owned company that has developed systems and processes to become a leader in the growing e-waste recycling and secure data management industry based in Houston, Texas.
TechnoCycle serves corporate and government clients in the disposition of their electronic assets. IT Asset Disposition is the recycling or reselling of obsolete or unwanted electronic equipment in a safe and environmentally-responsible manner, and the handling and destruction of private data in compliance with government regulations. Equipment categories include computers, servers, monitors, peripherals, data storage, networking, telecom, copiers, printers, TVs, cables, ink and toner cartridges, batteries, etc.
