Texas Landscape Supply Has Been Acquired by Ewing Irrigation and Supply

HOUSTON, TEXAS (June 2, 2022) – Statesman Corporate Finance, LLC (“Statesman”) is pleased to announce the sale of Texas Landscape Supply (“TXLS”) to Ewing Irrigation & Landscape Supply, (“Ewing”) (Phoenix, AZ). Statesman served as the exclusive sell-side financial advisor to Texas Landscape Supply on the transaction.
Leonard “Tres” Frey III (TXLS founder and CEO) formed Texas Landscape Supply in 2018 with the acquisition of New Braunfels Landscape Supply. TXLS quickly expanded its reach across the rapidly growing Austin-San Antonio region with the additional acquisitions of existing landscaping supply businesses in Wimberley (2019) and Round Mountain (2022). TXLS sells soils, mulch, aggregates, boulders, pavers, flagstone, blocks, and other landscape/masonry related products to both contractors and DIY homeowners.
Ewing is the nation’s largest family-owned wholesale distributor of landscape and irrigation products with irrigation supply centers across the US, including Texas. TXLS three locations will become the first Ewing Landscape Materials locations in Texas.
