TeachLogic Has Been Acquired by Williams AV, a Portfolio Company of Graycliff Partners

HOUSTON, TEXAS (July 22, 2024) – Statesman Corporate Finance, LLC (“Statesman”) is pleased to announce the sale of TeachLogic LLC (“TeachLogic” and/or the “Company”) to Williams AV, LLC (“Williams AV”), a portfolio company of Graycliff Partners. Statesman served as the exclusive financial advisor to TeachLogic on this transaction, which closed on July 3rd, 2024.

Founded in 1994 and based in Longmont, Colorado, TeachLogic is an established provider of classroom instructional audio systems for K-12 schools. TeachLogic continues its mission by developing best-in-class products that directly reinforce the teacher’s voice and all instructional audio sources in the learning environment.
