Philip Rodriguez Recognized as Emerging Industry Leader by The M&A Advisor

HOUSTON, TEXAS (June 26, 2024) – The M&A Advisor announced that Philip Rodriguez, a Vice President of Investment Banking at Statesman Corporate Finance, LLC (“Statesman”), is a recipient of the 15th Annual Emerging Industry Leaders Award. Philip has been chosen from a pool of prominent nominees for his notable accomplishments in business and in service to the community. Evaluation of the nominees and selection of the winners was completed by an independent judging panel.

Philip serves as an Investment Banking Vice President at Statesman Corporate Finance, in Houston, TX. Philip assists in the overall execution of merger and acquisition transactions across the firm and has been an integral asset to our team. Furthermore, he supports the firm’s sell-side and buy-side efforts by aiding clients in all phases of transaction – market research, financial analysis, marketing and due diligence. 

Philip began his career at Statesman in 2015 as an Underwriter in the lender services department and packaging small business loans. In 2017, he moved over to the investment banking side of Statesman. Philip obtained a B.B.A in Business Economics from Texas Tech University prior to joining Statesman and in 2021 he returned to school at Rice University where he received his MBA.
