Mason Road Sheet Metal Acquires L&L Fabrication

HOUSTON, TEXAS (April 4, 2024) – Statesman Corporate Finance, LLC (“Statesman”) is pleased to announce that Mason Road Sheet Metal, Inc. (“Mason Road Sheet Metal” and/or “MRSM”) has acquired the assets and operations of L&L Fabrication, LLC (“L&L”). L&L, which began operations in 1965, is a HVAC metal products manufacturing company located in Ft. Worth, Texas. Statesman served as the exclusive financial advisor to MRSM throughout the transaction, which closed March 27, 2024.
Mason Road Sheet Metal, established in 1989, is one of Texas’ largest manufacturers of ductwork for mechanical contractors overseeing commercial, industrial, and institutional HVAC projects throughout Texas. Beginning with a small 1,200 sq. ft. shop, MRSM has grown to fill approximately 285,000 sq. ft. of highly efficient sheet metal fabrication facilities. With the acquisition of L&L, MRSM now has operations in Houston, Austin (Central Texas), and Dallas / Ft. Worth, providing coverage of the three key Texas markets.
The Company’s success has been the result of a strong commitment to customer service and the needs of the marketplace, while focusing on being a partner to mechanical contractors, and not a competitor. Today, MRSM is well known throughout the state of Texas for its ability to efficiently work on a wide variety of complex HVAC jobs.
