Statesman Adds Managing Director to Investment Banking Team

HOUSON, TEXAS (July 15, 2025) – Statesman Business Advisors, LLC (“Statesman”) is pleased to announce that Frank deVay has joined its Investment Banking team as a Managing Director.

Frank has over 24 years of experience and brings deep expertise in structuring and negotiating deals, valuing small to mid-sized businesses, and leading competitive processes for business sales, recapitalizations, and acquisitions.

Before joining Statesman, Mr. deVay served as Managing Director and Shareholder at Chaffe & Associates, Inc., where he spent more than two decades advising business owners and executives on critical financial transactions. Earlier in his career, he held financial leadership roles, including CFO of a multi-entity energy EPC company, after beginning his professional journey with Martin Marietta Manned Space Systems in New Orleans
