Capital Fire Protection Has Been Acquired by SuperHero Fire Protection

HOUSTON, TEXAS (December 19, 2023) – Statesman Corporate Finance, LLC (“Statesman”) is pleased to announce that Capital Fire Protection, LLC (“Capital Fire”) has been acquired by SuperHero Fire Protection, LLC, (“SuperHero Fire Protection”) a Hidden Harbor Capital Partners, LLC (“Hidden Harbor”) company on August 7, 2023. Statesman served as the exclusive financial advisor to Capital Fire.
Capital Fire Protection, LLC has served Houston and its surrounding area since 2011. Capital Fire specializes in both commercial and residential fire sprinkler installations, including wet systems, dry systems, and pre-action systems, providing 24-hour service. In addition to Capital Fire’s installation services, Capital Fire also provides fire sprinkler system and extinguisher inspections.
Founded by Frank Mayo and Don Elsaifi, Capital Fire is based in Houston, Texas, and has approximately 70 full-time employees who design and install fire protection systems in new construction projects, rebuilds, retrofits, and redesigns to ensure government regulations are met or exceeded.
