11.02.2026
HOUSTON, TEXAS (February 11, 2026) – Statesman Corporate Finance, LLC (“Statesman”) is pleased to announce the sale of Spaceworks Architectural Interiors, LLC d/b/a Arch Street Glass (“Arch Street Glass”) to Precision Doors & Hardware, LLC, a division of The Cook & Boardman Group, LLC (“Cook & Boardman” and/or “C&B”). Statesman served as the exclusive financial advisor to Arch Street Glass on this transaction, which closed on December 31, 2025.
Founded in 2013, Arch Street Glass provides a complete interior glass package, ranging from partition systems to specialty glass. Arch Street Glass proudly serves customers within Boston as well as the greater New England area.
“Arch Street Glass has always existed to be an essential resource for our design and construction partners — delivering innovative interior glass solutions with best‑in‑class service. We are thrilled to join C&B as we expand our reach and serve even more customers with the same expertise and commitment to excellence. This new chapter allows us to build on our legacy while creating meaningful opportunities for continued growth,” said Bob Kelly, former owner of Arch Street Glass.
“The process with Dave Sargent and the Statesman Team was flawless — initiating, educating, communicating, and advising every step of the way. Their professionalism and patience through the inevitable ebbs and flows of the transaction instilled great confidence in my son and COO, Bobby, and I that we were in trusted hands from start to close. I’m incredibly grateful for the relationship with Sarge — going back 45 years.”
David Sargent commented “Bob has always been one of the hardest workers I’ve known, and it was great to see him join the entrepreneur club in 2013. It’s been inspirational to watch Bob, his son Bobby, and his team build Arch Street Glass into what it is today. We appreciate the Kelly family’s relationship banking approach and hiring us to assist with the Cook & Boardman transaction.”
