Buy Wholesale Company Has Been Acquired by EGW Utilities

HOUSTON, TEXAS (November 9, 2020) – Statesman Business Advisors, LLC (“Statesman”) is pleased to announce that Buy Wholesale Company, LLC (“BWC” and/or the “Company”), has been acquired by EGW Utilities, Inc. (“EGW”). Statesman served as the exclusive financial advisor to BWC throughout the transaction, which closed October 30, 2020.
