Sid Shaver

Sid Shaver joined Statesman as a Senior Advisor in 2023 and has substantial experience providing investment banking, merger & acquisition advisory services in the areas of financial analysis, negotiations, strategic planning, due diligence, transaction tax analysis and structure in domestic and international transactions. Prior to Statesman, Sid worked as a Senior Managing Director in investment banking firms and a Shareholder responsible for transaction advisory services in CPA firms. He is a graduate of the University of Houston with a BBA in Finance and Accounting. Sid is registered with FINRA as a General Securities Principal / Investment Banker (Series 7, 24, 66, and 79).
