Sarah Dibbern

Sarah Dibbern joined Statesman in 2021 as Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions. She brings more than 9 years of experience having worked in audit for PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in New York City and for a regional investment bank as part of their middle-market investment banking practice in Houston, Texas. Sarah is registered with FINRA holding the Series 63 and 79 licenses.

Sarah received her Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in accounting, both from Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.
