Kailen Kershner
Analyst
Kailen Kershner joined Statesman in 2021 and serves as an Investment Banking Analyst at Statesman Corporate Finance. In this role, Kailen assists in all phases of a transaction including market/industry research, building marketing materials, financial analysis, marketing, and due diligence. Prior to Statesman, Kailen worked as a Loan Analyst for the U.S. Small Business Administration where he processed and underwrote economic injury disaster loan files to help homeowners and small businesses struggling from the effects of COVID-19, hurricanes, fires, and floods throughout the United States. He then joined The Vanguard Group as an Associate where he assisted in various private wealth advisory activities. Kailen graduated from Southern Methodist University receiving a B.B.A. in Finance and minor in Political Science. In his spare time, Kailen enjoys playing basketball, running, and spending time with family and friends.
He holds the General Securities Representative (Series 7), Investment Banking Representative (Series 79), Uniform Securities State Law (Series 63), and Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) licenses from FINRA and the SEC.
