Howard Wei

Howard Wei joined Statesman in 2025 and serves as an Investment Banking Senior Associate at Statesman Corporate Finance. In his role, Howard assists in all phases of a transaction including market/industry research, building marketing materials, financial analysis, marketing, and due diligence. Prior to joining Statesman, Howard spent over eight years boots on the ground in the petrochemical industry with LCY Group, a portfolio company of KKR. His experience spans process and project engineering, production operations, and plant management across midstream and downstream assets.
Howard earned his MBA from Rice University and holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from University of Texas at Austin. Having spent significant time in both Taiwan and the United States, he brings a global perspective to his work, with a particular interest in energy and industrial sectors.
