Green Planet Has Been Acquired by Triumvirate Environmental

AUSTIN, TEXAS (September 10, 2024) – Statesman Corporate Finance, LLC (“Statesman”) is pleased to announce the sale of Green Planet, Inc. (“Green Planet” and/or the “Company”) to Triumvirate Environmental, Inc. (“Triumvirate”). Statesman served as the exclusive financial advisor to Green Planet on this transaction, which closed on August 16, 2024.
Founded in 1997 and based in Royse City, Texas, Green Planet is an environmental services company involved in the handling, packaging, transporting and disposing of hazardous and non-hazardous waste, lab packs, E-waste and batteries. In addition, the Company offers a full range of environmental consulting services, waste management and recycling options in cooperation with its suppliers and associates. Its customers are primarily airports, cities, industrial manufacturers, municipalities, local and federal governmental agencies, universities/colleges and school districts throughout Texas.

Green Planet’s service offering complements Triumvirate’s offering of waste management, disposal, and transportation; site remediation; waste minimization and recycling.
