All Brite Landscape Materials Has Been Acquired by Ewing Irrigation and Supply

HOUSTON, TEXAS (January 30, 2023) – Statesman Corporate Finance, LLC (“Statesman”) is pleased to announce the sale of All Brite Landscape Materials (“All Brite”) to Ewing Irrigation & Landscape Supply, (“Ewing”). Statesman served as the exclusive sell-side financial advisor to All Brite on the transaction.
Founded by Mark Milhon in 1993 as a fencing contractor, All Brite eventually transitioned to a landscape materials supplier and has built its strong local brand on superior customer service and immediately available inventory. All Brite’s 7-acre site in Goodyear, Arizona is one of the largest landscape material supply centers serving the Phoenix/Scottsdale markets, with products including: aggregates, boulders, blocks, pavers, soils, and other landscape/masonry related products.
All Brite joining Ewing combines the strength of a knowledgeable local team with the benefits of Ewing’s corporate abilities to provide greater opportunity for All Brite’s employees and provide its customers with a total landscape solution through a broader product offering.
