Philip Rodriguez

Philip Rodriguez serves as an Investment Banking Vice President at Statesman Corporate Finance. Philip joined Statesman in 2015 and assists in the overall execution of merger and acquisition transactions across the firm. Furthermore, he supports the firm’s sell-side and buy-side efforts by aiding clients in all phases of the transaction. This includes market research, marketing materials, financial analysis, marketing, and due diligence.

A native Houstonian, Philip is active in the community supporting local businesses in anyway that he can. In his spare time, Philip enjoys spending time outdoors, Texas Tech and Rice athletics and spending time with friends and family.

He holds the Investment Banking Representative (Series 79), Uniform Securities State Law (Series 63), and Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) licenses from FINRA and the SEC.
