Nathan Hurst

Nathan Hurst serves as an Investment Banking Vice President at Statesman Corporate Finance. In this role, Nathan is responsible for preparing financial models, developing marketing materials, conducting M&A analyses and participating in due diligence. Nathan began his career with Statesman in 2015 as an Underwriter in the lender service’s department underwriting and packaging small business loans for various banks throughout the United States. In 2018, Nathan moved over to the investment banking side of Statesman. Nathan holds a BBA and MBA in Finance from Sam Houston State University.

He holds the Investment Banking Representative (Series 79), Uniform Securities State Law (Series 63), and Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) licenses from FINRA and the SEC.
