Philip Rodriguez serves as an Investment Banking Vice President at Statesman Corporate Finance. Philip assists in the overall execution of merger and acquisition transactions across the firm. Furthermore, he supports the firm’s sell-side and buy-side efforts by aiding clients in all phases of the transaction. This includes market research, marketing materials, financial analysis, marketing, and due diligence. Philip began his career with Statesman in 2015 as an Underwriter in the lender service’s department underwriting and packaging small business loans for various banks throughout the United States. In 2017, Philip moved over to the investment banking side of Statesman and served as an Analyst where he supported various transactional tasks for all investment banking clients.  Prior to joining Statesman, Philip obtained a B.B.A. in Business Economics from Texas Tech University, where he was involved in numerous clubs and organizations. A native Houstonian, Philip is active in the community supporting local businesses in anyway that he can. In his spare time, Philip enjoys spending time outdoors, Texas Tech athletics and spending time with friends and family.

He holds the Investment Banking Representative (Series 79), Uniform Securities State Law (Series 63), and Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) licenses from FINRA and the SEC.
