Marvin Hernandez

Marvin Hernandez serves as an Investment Banking Analyst at Statesman Corporate Finance. In his role, Marvin assists in all phases of a transaction including market/industry research, building marketing materials, financial analysis, marketing, and due diligence. Previously, Marvin was a Credit Analyst at Statesman Business Advisors. In this role, he provided analytical techniques to evaluate collateral, credit and financial status of individuals/corporations to ensure they’re in compliance with the Small Business Administration and Bank requirements. Marvin received his Bachelor’s Degrees in Finance with a co-major in Banking & Financial Institutions from the Sam Houston State University.
