Sarah Wilson Joins Statesman’s Investment Banking Group

HOUSTON, TEXAS (March 2, 2021) – Statesman is pleased to announce that Sarah Wilson has joined the firm’s Investment Banking group as Vice President to assist clients in Mergers & Acquisitions, Capital Sourcing, Restructuring, and general Corporate Advisory matters.

Sarah received her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Accounting from Wake Forest University. Prior to joining Statesman, she spent five years in the audit practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers (“PwC”) in New York and four years with a regional investment bank. Sarah is a registered CPA through the state of New York and is registered with FINRA holding the Series 63 and 79 licenses.
